Dry bulk liner, also known as sea bag, dry powder bag, container bag. Suitable for internal dimension of 20' 40' 45' containers, PE/PP/aluminium film and other materials can be selected to composite, which can transport granular and powder materials in large tonnage, instead of small tonnage container bag/ton bag and other small packages. It has the advantages of large unit transportation volume, easy loading and discharging, reducing labor force and no secondary pollution of goods, which greatly saves the costs and time of vehicle and ship transfer.

Installation

1.choose better container,sweep up the container, clean indoor flints

2. roll out the corrugated paper around the container

3.spread out the flexibag hoist four strings,ensure foldings be symmetrical

4. take out the flexibag and paper holders from the flexibag carton

5.. lay the metal bar at the container bottom,lay the paper holders,insert the rivet into,the hole on metal bar

6.lay the cardboard bulkhead after putting metal bars

7. fix the cardboard bulkhead and metal bars tightly with cable, ties,pace of each metal bar is of 25cm individually

8.close the left container door

9.stick warning labels
